Order Processing Policy

Your order will be processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. All orders received before 12:00 noon EST are processed the same business day. All orders received after 12:00 noon EST are processed the following business day.

Some orders may take longer than one day to process, given both internal and external factors. If you are concerned about your order arriving by a certain date, please contact us.



Shipping Policy

Take advantage of FREE ground shipping with orders over $50.00! This offer excludes shipping to CA, WA, TX, OR, and is not valid for orders placed over telephone, fax, or postal mail - order must be placed online at Available for a limited time only, and subject to termination without notice at sole discretion of Party World and other things....

Some items we ship may be oversized, or require additional shipping cost. If this is the case with your order you will be contacted with the adjusted shipping cost via email prior to shipping.

• All shipments outside of our local New England delivery area will be delivered via UPS or FedEx. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
• In rare cases, UPS/Fedex may lose or damage a package. Please see our Return Policy below for instructions on how to proceed in these situations.



Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order only prior to its being shipped. For this reason, to cancel an order please contact customer service as soon after you process your order as possible by calling 800-225-4641. After your order ships, it can only be cancelled by following our return procedures.



Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we will readily exchange it or issue a refund within 30 days. Our return process is simple and there are no restocking fees.

All returns must be approved by a Party World and other things... customer service representative.

If you receive delivery via UPS or FedEx, the following instructions apply:

Failure to contact us and to use our return label may result in additional processing fees and a delay in processing your credit or exchange.

Damaged Merchandise: If merchandise is delivered with visible damage to the outer packaging or inner contents, do not send the merchandise back with the driver as a "Refused Delivery". Do not discard the damaged merchandise in case an inspection is necessary. Immediately visit and please specify whether or not you desire replacement merchandise to be shipped.

• Incorrect Merchandise ("mispicked"): If we accidentally ship you the wrong merchandise, do not send the merchandise back with the driver as a "Refused Delivery". Immediately visit and please specify whether or not you desire replacement merchandise to be shipped.

No Reason / Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong Item: We offer a 30-day window for returning merchandise that is in resaleable condition. Within this time frame, visit

Partial Case / Case Contents Partially Missing: If a case is delivered with some of the product inside missing, do not send the merchandise back with the driver as a "Refused Delivery". Call us immediatley at 800-225-4641 to receive credit for the missing portion. We will not accept returns of partial cases.

• All shipping charges, including return shipments, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or mispicked merchandise). All items must be returned in original packaging.
